Overcoming growth restrictions and development limits...

An accountancy firm that we work with introduced us to a property development company that was being restricted in their growth by their banker's policy on their level of cash deposit.


Their bank also restricted them to having no more than one development at a time and they were being asked to put almost £800,000 of cash into a deal to develop ten properties, which was beyond their budget.


We brokered a deal that meant that their input was restricted to land valued at £400,000 with 100% development finance.


Since then, we have also arranged three more development finance deals for the company, with a total of 27 properrties being financed at a combined GDV of £11,000,000.
